Rhys Bush has been appointed Commercial Director for PICS in Europe, Middle East and Africa, managing relationships with clients across the region spanning multiple sectors, with particular emphasis in mining, cement, oil and gas, transport and power.

Rhys has over 15 years? experience in the international risk management field, having joined PICS from Europe?s largest occupational safety and health organization. During this time he led auditing, training and implementation projects for blue-chip clients with global operations. Rhys also advises clients on how to engage contractors and suppliers in their sustainability initiatives.

Simon Lees, with a 30 year background in the commercial risk assessment field, joins PICS as Business Development Manager for UK and EMEA. Simon will contribute an in-depth knowledge of the challenges facing the UK commercial sector and how businesses can effectively protect themselves from the risks associated with managing large, complex supply chains.

Wendy Maddock also takes up position as Business Development Manager and has over 17 years? experience in the supplier compliance and accreditation sector and an extensive, expert knowledge in sustainable supplier solutions. She has worked with large corporations across all industry sectors and understands the benefits of best practice contractor management.

Andy Johnson brings to PICS over 13 years of experience in developing tailored and customized customer solutions through a consultative and professional approach. He has a real understanding of blue chip companies and the need to improve risk and compliance within large organizations in the UK and EMEA markets.
